Mr. Ashokan T A – Founder and Managing Partner
Mr. Ashokan T A is a visionary entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in the security and HR consultancy sectors. Starting his career from humble beginnings, he founded Karnataka Security Services in 1994 with just two employees. Under his leadership, the company has grown exponentially, now boasting over 2000 employees and expanding its services internationally. In 2002, he established Karnataka Personnel Services, further broadening the group’s capabilities. In 2010, he launched Intime Employment Service LLC, extending the group’s reach into the UAE market. Intime Facility Management was started in 2022, followed by Intime Creative Events LLC in the same year, demonstrating his commitment to continuous growth and diversification. His commitment to excellence and innovation has earned him numerous awards and accolades, including the Bharathiya Udyog Ratna. A dedicated Rotarian and active member of the Red Cross Society, Mr. Ashokan is also deeply involved in philanthropic activities. He was conferred a Doctor of Philosophy in Human Resource Management by the Commonwealth Vocational University in 2018.
